Payments/Prices & Adherence to Law:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal including bank/wire transfer are the only mode of payment acceptance at fetchcart.ca.
All the prices displayed/advertised on fetchcart.ca is in Canadian Dollars (CAD).fetchcart.ca makes it a priority to make sure that all the displayed product descriptions including prices provided by the manufacturer and suppliers are correct. In case if a product is listed at an incorrect price, fetchcart.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification, regardless as to whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment received. If the order needs to get cancelled due to incorrect price, fetchcart.ca shall issue a credit to the credit card account or provided bank account in the amount of the incorrect price.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to adhere to all the applicable laws at Local, Provincial, Federal and International level during the possession, usage, distribution or reselling of any products/services purchased from fetchcart.ca.

At any given point where/when you are required to provide personal information on our website, you are fully protected by the most powerful data encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which secures your personal information during data transport. We do not accept responsibility for data security in case of an inadvertent or deliberate breach of our security measures.
Displayed Products: Information, Specifications and their accuracy:
fetchcart.ca reserves the right to change/modify the product pricing and specifications, stock availability including the website content at any time, without prior notice. fetchcart.ca does not warrant that the products or services previously sold at a certain price will be available for the same price at any given point of time in future.
All the physical description displayed on site is for convenience purposes only; therefore fetchcart.ca shall not be liable for any discrepancy on the accuracy of product information/attributes including the colour of the product image as displayed online as it is likely that colour of the image may vary from computer to computer. However, fetchcart.ca sincerely attempts to ensure that all the product information including the image displayed is complete, accurate and of most recent time.
All the orders placed online through fetchcart.ca will be followed by an email to the buyer indicating the order confirmation with a reference number. However, that does not constitute our final acceptance to the order nor an affirmation of our offer to sell certain products and services to that buyer. fetchcart.ca reserves the right to cancel the order at any point of time or limit the order quantity or refuse service to any customer. For verification purposes, the buyer might be contacted for certain additional information prior to closing any sales.
fetchcart.ca usually charges the total order value during order placement including back-orders unless specified or mutually agreed upon. The items that are in stocks get shipped to the customers on the same day or the next maximum. In case of any unavailable or back-ordered items, the customer may expect an email notification from Fectchcart.com stating that the delivery of their order might get delayed longer than the estimated delivery time. The customer is expected thereby to take a call and inform us if that is okay with them. Please note that the prices of the back-ordered products are not guaranteed and they are subject to change. Otherwise, the customer can send us a request for the order cancellation asking for their refunds. The customer may cancel any outstanding back orders by simply contacting us at email@example.com. In order to avoid any deductions, the customer must cancel their order (for any back ordered items) time before it is shipped. The refund will be issued back on to your same credit card account (or same mode of payment) once the order gets cancelled. Although we always do our best to initiate the refunds as promptly as possible, still you may expect a minimum of 5 to 10 days for your refunds to be processed.
Return & Refund Policy
fetchcart.ca does not warrant an exchange or refund in case of ordering an incorrect product, therefore, we highly recommend all our customers to check the product specifications with the manufacturer in order to ensure that the product is compatible with and recommended for use with your existing system equipment, including the operating system and all component hardware and software, prior to buying any item through fetchcart.ca.
The customers may refer to the manufacturer’s web site for all up-to-date specifications; product compatibility or they can confirm by contacting the technical support staff of the respective manufacturer.
All the products sold through fetchcart.ca are under manufacturers' standard terms and conditions (which also include warranties and return policies). Other than a few exceptions, most of your purchase comes with our 10 days guarantee against defects.
In case of DOA (dead on arrival) product, the customer must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the nature of the defect in case if he/she receives a DOA item within 10 days from the delivery date. We may have to refer the customer to contact the manufacturer support centre directly for an appropriate solution. For some defective SKUs while under warranty, customers are encouraged to contact the respective manufacturers directly for replacement/repair of the defective unit. Most manufacturers have this warranty information on their website or if required we can assist in getting information about the manufacturer’s warranty center.
However, if the complaint couldn’t be resolved over the phone/ email then the customer is expected to return that defective item to fetchcart.ca, the return address will be provided to you along with return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions so that our experts can review/test or repair that defective unit before any further action. Subsequently, a repaired or replacement unit will be sent back to the customer after the DOA unit is received/checked by us.
Please Note: The DOA/Defective Return Policy for Ubiquiti Networks Goods are little different than the rest. All return requests for items sold through fetchcart.ca are subject to the following:
- All products must be complete, including all components, accessories, cables, software, and manuals. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the customer at their cost. All products must be returned in original packaging with a Return Authorization Number and instructions provided by us. We do not accept sales return of opened/tested/used products at any circumstances unless it is defective (DOA) by manufacturer. Returns without RMA will not be accepted for credit refund.
- All Software’s and consumable items are not refundable unless returned unopened/unused in its original packaging.
- Charges like shipping and handling are not refundable.
- Orders placed for certain customized products including cables and accessories are not refundable.
- Special order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, we will inform you if the item is a special order item once/after you make a purchase through fetchcart.ca. Although most of the items that are not in stock at the time of purchase may be considered Special Order items, they are however returnable only at our discretion based on/ as against vendor/distributor’s return policies.
- Please note the warranties or guarantees do not apply to the items that are damaged due to mishandling, misuse or as consequential damaged. Please Note: We do not accept any returns without their original box & original packaging under any circumstances
- A restocking fee of 15% on the total product value will be applied/deducted for all returns with unopened boxes and therefore refunds will be initiated after the said deductions. It may take about 20-30 business days for all credits to be initiated after receipt of the returned product. In case of any return items that are claimed to be defective turns out to be non-defective (upon receipt) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return of non-defective open-box products is dealt with on a case to case basis depending upon the vendor’s involvement as well as the duration of the order and the type of product being returned.
-The return items with the open box that has missing accessories/original packaging are not eligible for credit at all, therefore are subject to be returned to the customer at their cost
- In case of products like TV, LCD monitors etc., we recommend our customers to please contact the respective manufacturer for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels. Because: LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e. cell phones, notebooks, tough books, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that has been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 dead LCD pixels to be considered defective.

Shipping Information/Shipping Cost:
Usually, all the orders are shipped within 2 - 3 Business days after receiving the order, subject to availability. However, a delay can be expected in case of extremely bad weather conditions around North America. All purchases done through fetchcart.ca are pursuant to a shipment contract, and as a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from fetchcart.ca passes to you upon delivery of those items to the carrier. Therefore, the customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for their damaged and/or lost shipments.
Please Note: We cannot ship orders to post office (P O) boxes.
We do not have a pickup facility at our office or at the warehouse. So the customer needs to place only online order and items are directly shipped to their shipping address. At present, we ship orders only across Canada.
Most of the items that you purchase from fetchcart.ca ships free of cost anywhere in Canada, however, there are also various other consumer products/consumables etc. where a flat shipping rate gets calculated/added at the check-out point which may sometimes vary from the actual shipping cost of the order, on the basis of size and weight of the shipment, in such cases, we shall contact you with the estimated shipping cost (if higher than the flat shipping rate), thereafter the customer can decide whether they would want to go with that or cancel their order.
Generally, during order placement upon checkout, you will be able to see the estimated shipping cost for your entire order to the given address. In order to be the most economical, we only do standard ground shipping. However, you may contact us for various shipping rates in case if you need any expedited shipping service. Shipping costs are estimated based on the weight and size of the items in your order as well as the shipping address. The shipping cost is subject to vary depending on the types of products, shipping addresses etc.. In any case, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipment Refusal Charges: In case of shipment refusal by the customer during the delivery or anytime after the order ships due to change of mind or any customer error, a flat rate of CAD 8 will be charged to cover the shipping costs back to our warehouse.
Environmental Handling Fees:
Some items may carry an additional environmental handling fee (EHF) based on shipping province or address, we will email you the information about the additional fee as soon as we receive your order. You can thereafter, either agree to pay the additional fee or cancel the order.
Provincial Tax Exemption:
If you are a registered tax-exempt entity, you may simply please email us your tax exemption certificate, prior to or after the order placement. We will initiate the tax refund/exempt process as soon as your order ships.
